“I couldn’t finish a book, couldn’t hold the thread of what I read, and my mind wandered constantly.
Today I can concentrate on what I am doing, and the change is unmistakable.”
“I lost 10 kilos in three months.
But what changed far more than that was how I think, how much I trust myself, and the courage to build my own path in life.”
Every lasting change begins with
the right understanding.

From addiction to self-respect
“It’s been a year now and Miss Sirinthip CHANGED MY LIFE. I have never been that drunk again, NEVER drank whisky or any kind of spirit again and now only have a few social beers with friends once a week before heading home and being in bed before midnight.
It’s like night and day.
My relationship with my wife is 100% better, I respect myself again, and I even received a promotion at work.
This truly works.”
I enjoyed smoking. You might even say I was a professional smoker, as I burned through about three packs a day. That can be expensive at around 180 baht a day. In the USA, it could easily be 432 baht a day.
I have used hypnosis before to stop smoking, and it worked for me—once for two years and once for five years. I was always too weak to actually give it up on my own, but hypnosis helped me take that first step. Once you truly want to quit, hypnosis helps you stop and greatly reduces the urge to light up. I still get the urge occasionally, but I can handle it much more easily because of the treatment.
I had been searching for a hypnotist here in Thailand and found it surprisingly difficult to find one online. On the recommendation of a friend, I met Miss Sirinthip. She is one of the best hypnotists I have ever worked with—very professional and understanding.
I feel that losing weight isn’t the mental torture it used to be for me in the past.
I’ve now lost 10 kilos in a little over a month. It feels really good ^_^
I felt confident about the therapy with Miss Sirinthip right from the therapy room itself, decorated in a way that makes it easy to relax.
The consultation process is grounded in psychological analysis, which means the therapy addresses the real problem. The choice of words, the tone of voice, and all the techniques leave you feeling relaxed and able to get the full benefit of the session.
Just as importantly, the fees aren’t expensive either. I came to Miss Sirinthip about my eating behavior and my self-esteem, and to this day I genuinely have no regrets.
Ever since I started therapy with Miss Sirinthip, my lifestyle has changed in ways I can hardly believe, haha.
These days I can get up early, and I drink so little that I almost forget about it altogether — to the point where my boyfriend has to tell me to have a drink for once!!! Ha. I’ve developed a real aversion to alcohol ^^ It’s so strange, and completely unexpected. My younger sister even started quietly checking up on me: “Why has my big sister changed?!!” Ha.
These days I try to listen to the therapy recording every night before bed, so that the practice stays consistent. Either way, I have to thank Miss Sirinthip for helping me, and for being the starting point that opened my life up to good things ^^
So far SO good, I am very proud of myself BUT its too early yet. For some reason my body cant drink more than 3 beers and I just want to go home and relax. I am so much happier and a totally different person - Its changing my life. Before I would drink 30 bottles of beer. I not want to talk too soon but I am determined to stay like this.
I listen EVERY night and havent missed and wont miss. I am happiest I have ever been.
I eat more healthy, am not as impulsive, training more - I didnt believe it could work after 30 years of these habits. I only ever drank 1 or 2 times per week but it was too much and I had a problem. I dont deserve to say I am cured as its so early but I am on the right track and dont want to go back to that person who over drinks and forgets.
I feel so alive every morning and such great mood - I am happy. I pray it continues. THANKYOU SO MUCH - I am starting to respect myself again.
Before I came for therapy with Miss Sirinthip, my life felt like it was just passing by. I would get up in the morning to eat, go on the internet, watch films, listen to music, and wait for it to be time to sleep again.
If you asked me whether I had goals in life, the answer is absolutely yes. I love setting goals and making step-by-step plans: I’ll get slim, I’ll finish my degree, I’ll exercise, I’ll get rich, I’ll be successful in life. But I never once actually got started on any of it, not seriously.
I tried to change my life in all sorts of ways — reading self-development books, even taking expensive courses with famous gurus, losing several days to them. And I would come back to a life that was exactly the same, except that I hated myself more. I was short-tempered, irritable, always complaining, and jealous whenever I saw other people succeed — while not understanding why I never did anything myself.
Until I came for therapy with Miss Sirinthip.
After the first session I went home and listened to the recording before bed, as she recommended. The next morning everything looked the same, but the feeling inside me had changed. It was as though there was happiness coming from within, and a desire to get up and do something to change my life. That evening I felt like exercising, entirely on my own — something that had never happened before.
After the second session I became more aware and more able to manage my own emotions — where before I was someone who got irritable and upset easily.
The third session was the one where I felt I went into trance the most deeply. As soon as it ended I could feel immediately that I had more belief in myself, and more respect for myself too.
Thank you to both teachers for bringing such good knowledge to help people. I have proved to myself that the results show from the very first session. Just open your mind, trust the process, and follow the guidance — and you can change yourself too.
Thanks so much for your advice that you provided during the therapy sessions.
I found that your analysis, advice, and guidance helped me see things more clearly and make wiser decisions.
Thanks again ka.
I was someone who didn’t like reading. Even when I did manage to read for a while, I would try to skip over the content just to get it over with as quickly as possible. The result was that I couldn’t grasp anything at all, and had to go back and read it again and again.
On top of that my thoughts went round in circles, back and forth constantly, so I had no concentration. All of it affected my work directly — I worked inefficiently and took far longer than I should have.
So I started looking for a way to fix it, and came to see Miss Sirinthip, who explained that my symptoms had the character of a short attention span. So I began therapy.
After the therapy, all the symptoms I have described dropped noticeably. I could see the change for myself — in my concentration, in my reading, and in my work.
I don’t want to use the word “therapy” for what Miss Sirinthip does, because it is bigger than that. It changes people’s lives — and I am one of them.
I did three courses with Miss Sirinthip in total, and every one of them brought a major change. My weight dropped 10 kilos in three months. And the most wonderful part: from an employee earning a bit over ten thousand baht a month, who couldn’t imagine how she would ever have a business of her own, today I am happily starting a large business.
I have only just understood what “The Secret” really means — that it is the power Miss Sirinthip helped awaken from within, until it rose up and drew my goals into my life naturally, almost without my noticing.
Let me say it again: this isn’t just “therapy.” It is “a change of life.”
Thank you, thank you, and thank you.
I had been dependent on sleeping pills for years. When my mother first suggested I go, I remember thinking, “Is this really going to work?”
Then I met Miss Sirinthip. She was extraordinarily kind, she understood me completely, and she used techniques that went straight to the heart of my problem. Everything I learned settled into me gradually, at its own pace.
She asked me, “What would you like to invest in, in your life?”
I said, “I don’t know.”
She said, “You could invest in knowledge.”
And that gave me the inspiration to become a coach.
I have been able to help a great many people as a coach. Today I can say without hesitation that Miss Sirinthip was where it started. I am grateful to myself for making the decision to go and see her. That session changed my life forever — and it let me go on to change many other lives too.
With lasting respect and gratitude,

Miss Sirinthip's service is great.
Her prices are very reasonable and before she proceeds with hypnotherapy, she will first give a regular therapy session to see if you are comfortable or not.
She will also tell you in advance what she will do and how it works.
After the sessions, you will listen to the session recordings as you go to sleep at night. This goes on for about three and a half weeks.
I went to get treatment for anxiety and since the sessions and listening to the recordings, my anxiety has reduced significantly.
Because it worked, I decided to get a second treatment.
I highly recommend Miss Sirinthip!
Before I came for hypnotherapy, I had symptoms that interfered with my daily life enormously — enough to make both me and my family miserable.
When I decided to go, it felt like a frightening thing to do, because I didn’t know what the therapist would do to me. At the time I thought, I’ll just try it, there’s nothing to lose. And the cost wasn’t very high either.
After the therapy, the symptoms improved step by step, until today I can live my daily life normally. It brought happiness back to me and to my family.
And when people I know run into difficulties of their own, I recommend they come for therapy. The response is that everyone is happy their symptoms have improved, to the point where they can live like anyone else.
Since receiving therapy from Miss Sirinthip, I understand the relationship between body and mind much better.
Before I came I had headaches, I couldn’t sleep, and I was frightened by things that made no sense. After the consultation and the therapy with both practitioners, the symptoms eased until they were back to normal.
The recording they gave me to listen to helped enormously before bed. I have to thank them so much for having met these two people.
Thank you so much, Miss Sirinthip, for helping me feel so much more at ease, and happier too.
I had been taking medication for years without getting better. Once I started treatment with her, everything made sense.
She is wonderful.
I saw results from the very first session with her, and with every session after that. I can honestly say I improved by the day, and by the end of the course it was unmistakable that I had genuinely developed, both physically and emotionally.
My body had more energy for living, and my mind worried less. I clung to the same old stresses, and dwelt on them, far less than before.
I want to thank her so much for treating me with such kindness, and for making me happier every single day.
Thank you, Miss Sirinthip.
My life got better after only two sessions with her. Right now life is so very happy.
I finished my course of therapy today. After about two sessions I started to feel my anxiety easing (four sessions in total). The first time I went in, I was honestly afraid my mind would slip away like in the films, ha.
But it wasn’t frightening at all. It was so relaxing (there was an oil massage — the atmosphere suited it perfectly). Most of all, she is lovely. If you’re struggling with something, do try opening your mind to it.
From just four sessions with her, I could feel I had more confidence from the second one onwards. My anxiety went down, and my mood went from getting low easily to feeling fresh again. My only regret is not coming sooner. I live outside Bangkok and there is an online option, but I wanted to experience it in person — and I wasn’t disappointed. The place itself is unbelievably relaxing.
I came to see her about anxiety — health anxiety. I felt like I couldn’t fill my lungs, and I tired easily. Before that I didn’t really dare exercise, because I would get preoccupied whenever my heart rate went up. After the therapy with her it gradually improved, from the second visit onwards, and by now I can exercise three or four days a week and get through the day without feeling exhausted. The anxiety disorder has improved so much that when I went to see my psychiatrist, he didn’t prescribe anything at all, because he could see how much better I was coping. I still listen to her recording on repeat. Thank you so much.
Thank you for taking me on for therapy two years ago. It meant I could cope much better with my father’s illness. Even when I was shocked, I was able to gather myself again — because my father had a heart attack, and it happened while we were out of the city.
My worry has eased now, and I’m happier. I dream one or two things a night, though I still wake in the middle of the night and can’t easily get back to sleep — I have to put the recording on to be lulled back. This morning I listened to the first tape again as she recommended, and didn’t get to the end. It was like being in a trance at the part where she tells the subconscious to take it in. When the tape finished I woke, feeling light in the body, clear in the head, more present and more clear-minded. Thank you so much.
This is excellent treatment. The tightness and pent-up feeling I had lifted in a way I could hardly believe. She is lovely and very down to earth, which made it easy to relax.
Thank you so much. I had been dealing with a fear of something I shouldn’t have been afraid of for about a year, and I overcame it within three days of therapy. Now I’m back listening on my own and continuing to practise overcoming myself, and it’s going really well. Thank you so much. It far exceeded my expectations :) Thank you very much for all your kindness naka.
She is so lovely. She understood everything I was going through. I came in with headaches, pain in my neck, shoulders and back, and stomach pain so bad I couldn’t breathe. I knew it came from stress, but my doctor told me I had reached the point of panic. On the first day my headache disappeared completely. I loved that, because I don’t like taking medication, which is why I tried coming to see her. I do recommend it. It’s far more affordable than seeing a doctor and taking anti-anxiety medication.
So very good. Before the treatment I already thought I would improve, or certainly recover. But I never imagined the results would come this fast — enough that all I can say is, if only I’d known all this time..... So very good.
Before I found NBRH and Ms. Sirinthip — someone recommended I try hypnotherapy — I had spent all 47 years of my life growing up in a family full of narcissists: my parents, the people in my family. I was gaslit my whole life, belittled, treated as nothing more than a servant for everyone in the house. I had no dreams, no hopes of any kind. I didn’t know who I was at all. Then the symptoms began to build. I could feel that my emotions weren’t normal; I would sink low often, and whenever something triggered me I would vomit, struggle to breathe, be unable to swallow food, feel my hair stand on end — and I had no idea what was wrong with me. After one event that pushed things to a peak (triggered by my family yet again), I finally set out to find out what was happening, and learned these were the symptoms of CPTSD. I was heartbroken, and sank even lower than before.
I had practised meditation and mindfulness my whole life — for 30 years — but it didn’t help at all. It only let me sort of forget the past. My mind had forgotten the events, but my body and my nervous system had not, because the symptoms had already gone deep into my body. I had even had surgery twice on muscles that had contracted and seized up, yet the symptoms kept coming back. Then, in my very first conversation with Ms. Sirinthip, I just cried. I didn’t know what to tell her; I couldn’t find where to begin — there was so much, it was overflowing. She listened patiently, gently told me where to start, heard me out to the very end, and then explained and summarised what was going on. She listened like a friend. She assessed me simply by listening and asking questions, and I learned that on top of Complex PTSD, I was also 100% a perfectionist and 60% ADHD.
She arranged two courses for me. I have just finished the first one — 24 days (though I’ve actually kept going about a week beyond that). The first course worked on healing my inner child and on the fact that my sense of self-worth was very faint. (She never used the word “low”, because of how it could affect me — something I only realised later.) I then received four audio sessions she had designed specifically for me. In the first days of listening, I was agitated and startled, not relaxed in the slightest. My mind was constantly full of I-don’t-know-what, as if it was about to explode, and I couldn’t control it at all. I cried, sank low all day, up and down.
Once, while I was lying down listening to a hypnosis session, my cat jumped onto me. I went into shock, because it triggered a childhood wound — times when I was put into shocking situations by my family and harshly scolded. In those early days I couldn’t sleep all night. I kept asking her, “This is happening — what should I do?” During the first four or five days (I reported to her and asked questions constantly), she told me it would be best to listen at a calm time, when nothing would disturb me. She answered every question I had, all the time — so much that I began to feel bad for taking up her time.
So I moved my sessions from bedtime to just after waking up in the morning, when there was no one in the house and no cat to disturb me (the cat sleeps during the day). Overall, things gradually improved. The first days of hypnosis were intensely dramatic: painful scenes from my childhood surfaced one after another, until I felt I couldn’t take it anymore. (Normally my mind had forgotten them all, because the brain protects us.) All day my head felt gloomy and cluttered; I didn’t know what was what, and I kept thinking and doing things over and over. It was as if 47 years of information that had been buried — that I thought I had completely forgotten — was being dug up and churned up all the time. It was truly, truly hard. Oh — and she also had me stop reading my family’s LINE group. By now I think I have been able to cut ties with my family, and this was a key reason the therapy worked so well.
She told me to do it every single day without missing even one, continuously for 24 days, because research shows this lets the brain learn a new environment. So I stuck with it, and gradually got better, alternating with sinking low; over those 24 days my emotions went up and down. On day 24 of hypnosis, I was able to let go of my inner child — once so full of wounds, and now healed. It wasn’t only the hypnosis; several events also happened at just the right moments, as if the universe had arranged for me to understand from every angle, in every dimension — until I could truly forgive my parents and the people who hurt me, and let go of my childhood.
It was also the time Nene Royal won AGT, which sent me into a deep low. I asked an AI about it, and came to realise that I wasn’t actually upset that Nene had won AGT — I was grieving that my own childhood never received the same thing. That understanding is what let me truly let go during hypnosis.
Now my mind feels clear and light. I enjoy every second of every day. I wake up in the morning full of brightness. And most importantly, for the past three days I’ve fallen completely asleep during the hypnosis sessions and woken up right as they end — it feels deeply, utterly relaxing. I believe my subconscious must still be listening, otherwise how would I wake up just as the recording finishes? This is a practice I feel I should have known about long ago; my life wouldn’t have been filled with suffering for all these decades. It has been far better than I expected, and truly worth more than the price I paid. I recommend it to everyone: if you feel something is weighing on you that you just can’t resolve, you should do hypnotherapy with Ms. Sirinthip, because she graduated directly in psychology. It has genuinely resolved the condition I had, without needing any medication. Thank you so very much, Ms. Sirinthip.
Miss Sirinthip’s expertise resulted in mind security and a peace of mind that was beyond my expectations.
I will be returning to her for further treatments of different issues.
If you are suffering from any mental compulsive, depression or anxiety disorders, I strongly recommend her caring, thoughtful and very effective treatments to everyone.

After finishing the course, I look so much better.
I had been depressed for three years — along with severe anxiety and stress, and a little insomnia, though not to the point of bipolar disorder. In the fourth year it got dramatically worse. Then a doctor told me there was a way to speak with your own subconscious mind, and I went to see Miss Sirinthip immediately, without hesitating. In truth I did hesitate a little, for personal reasons, but at that point anything I could do for myself, I wanted to do. And from the very first session — the first time I spoke with her — it gave me this surprising certainty that I was going to get better.
Even after the first time I felt so much lighter. It was like hope, for the first time in years. I actually smiled. I had come in crying and I walked home smiling. It built my confidence to the point where I was 99.99% sure I could bring back the person I used to be, and become the person I want to be. That I could recover. That first day mattered enormously. I honestly cannot remember now whether I said everything, or what I explained — I had someone close to me help me think through what my problem even was. But the real change came after that.
I did two courses with her. I went through them without a single doubt about how she was speaking with my subconscious. That was my own choice — I did not want to know. I did listen in a little, just to check whether she really was talking to me, but most of the time I was asleep or half-asleep. I did not want to know what she was doing to help me. I wanted the results to show me instead. That was deliberate.
The result: I went from someone who never wanted to get up for work in the morning, irritable, blaming herself, to being a thousand percent more active. Like being reborn — much happier and much more confident. Most importantly, the wounds that were buried deep simply dissolved. They do not even cross my mind. I can tell from my dreams. I had not dreamed well in so long I could not remember the last time, and now my dreams are happy ones. I can feel that my subconscious thinks differently. The people around me, and new people I meet, say kind things about me — and I think kindly of myself now too.
The reason I decided to write this review today is that it was the first time I listened all the way through. Maybe because I had been drinking, honestly. I heard every word, because normally when I play the sessions back at night I fall asleep every time — no more sleeping pills needed. I would fall asleep without ever knowing what she had said to me. Sometimes I would even think, “Wait, that was all?” But today I understood: she paid attention to everything I told her from the very first day we met, and she genuinely addresses each person's own problem. Nothing is done carelessly, and there is no fixed pattern. She works for that one person. She really brings your own story back to you — and she really can speak with your subconscious.
The subconscious is such a sensitive thing. It is like a reservoir of all the beliefs you have gathered since childhood, or from the times you were at your lowest and your mind repeated the same things to itself. You cannot simply order yourself to be well. Some people insist they are not stressed, and it still comes out somehow. It is worth observing yourself.
This therapy is not magic, and it is not a shortcut. I was not sure whether I should say that, because I am afraid people reading this will lose heart. But I have been listening for almost thirty days now, missing only once, plus this time when I listened after a drink. That is it — I have not skipped a single day otherwise. It is like taking medicine: if I realize I have forgotten, I do it right then. At first I wanted to write a review asking how long this new self, or this old self I have got back, would last after the thirty-two days were up. I am not sure whether that depends on the person. But today I have no doubts left. After listening to every word of just one session out of many, I accept it.
What has happened speaks for itself. And I can go back and listen to her again any time. Nearly twenty years of her practice really does guarantee something. It makes me want to go back and see her again. What I received was genuinely powerful. I am so excited to be able to share this. If someone as badly affected as I was could come through it, then for everyone who has read this far — you are probably already dialing. Leave a slot in the queue for me.
I would like people to open their minds and just talk with her in a first session. See whether it is the path you have been looking for. (I was also being treated by a psychiatrist, and sometimes a psychologist, and I read self-development books and listened to other material as well — though much less of that after I met her.) From just the first session — from someone who used to try to hurt herself, who was seeing hallucinations in real life, and who was spending far beyond her means — I felt like I had seen light. Just from talking, I felt that much strength and that much relief. Hypnotherapy is not a cult, and it is not superstition.
Thank you, and I am so glad she is still working in this field and still keeps her own energy steady and attentive for every case. These days I daydream about whatever comes next and think I will go and talk it through with her. But with the two courses I have had, I can carry on by myself. I will go back — not because of anything dramatic, but to keep growing. :)
I was impressed from the counseling onwards, and from the way she asked about what the client is actually struggling with.
I had had depression for a long time, so I decided to try hypnotherapy.
I am very satisfied with the results of this therapy. In truth it exceeded my expectations, because I saw results from the very first day.
My life has changed. I am happy, and I have a purpose that carries me smoothly through each day.
I have to thank Miss Sirinthip for her professionalism, for changing my life and my mindset so that I can live each day as happily as this.
At first I had an anxiety disorder, and I was fairly indifferent about it.
But then in 2014 problems hit me out of nowhere, and very, very hard. I was in and out of hospital constantly and nothing helped, so I decided to see a psychiatrist — and that is when I learned that what I had was depression.
From then on I was in treatment continuously, right up to the present, taking medication every day. But I didn’t want to be on medication forever. I wanted to recover from this.
One day I watched a YouTube video by Ajarn Oi Thitinat about hypnotherapy, and I researched everything — what each place was like — until I came across Miss Sirinthip. I watched the YouTube videos, looked her up on Google, and decided to book a course with her.
On the first day, talking with her, my heart told me I had come to the right place.
On the first day of therapy there was some mental resistance at the beginning, but after the session I felt relieved, light in the body, and I woke up in the morning without feeling exhausted.
Days two and three were even more comfortable. My temper didn’t flare, I wasn’t irritable, my mind was very still — easy, at ease, no weariness inside, no heaviness of heart, no discouragement. Living steadily, but not sluggishly.
By day four, the final day of therapy, my mind was so clear. Light, at ease, settled. I didn’t talk as much as before, but inside my body I certainly wasn’t tired or drained. Calmer, and not irritable at all.
Thank you, Miss Sirinthip, for helping one person’s life change — no more migraine medication, no more coming home exhausted and drained, no more losing heart.
Thank you, sincerely, from the heart.
After I began therapy with her, after the third session, I felt for the first time in my life that I wasn’t sad — and that I was ready to face whatever came into my life.
My spirits and my confidence rose enormously. Yesterday was the first day I talked with my friends for a long stretch without tensing up, and enjoyed it more than I ever had before. It was as though I had got out of a cage that had held me for years.
Thank you so much, Miss Sirinthip.
After something terrible happened to me — something I simply could not accept — I was left sunk in pain, in body and in mind. Life felt like being dead while still alive. My physical and mental health got worse every day, and I was stuck in what had happened. I never once thought I would be able to forget it.
Until one day I decided to begin therapy with Miss Sirinthip. I can tell you that my life genuinely changed. Everything got better, and far better than before. Where I used to think of nothing but what had happened, now it isn’t in my head at all. It’s like being a genuinely new person.
Thank you so much, Miss Sirinthip, for giving me this therapy. Right now it feels like I have been given a new life, better than the old one.
Before I came for treatment I had depression and anxiety, and I was stuck in guilt about the past — enough that I needed medication just to hold myself together.
After only the first session I could feel a difference. By the second the change was unmistakable. My mood was better, I knew how to forgive myself, I was happier with my life, and I smiled more.
Thank you so much.
Coming for hypnotherapy for the first time, I secretly thought, “This is expensive — is it really going to make me better?!” But then… after the first session, the response from my own body and my mental health improved so much that I could genuinely feel it.
Then I reached a point where problems were coming at my life from every direction. All I could think about was wanting to die, every day, all the time. I wanted treatment, I wanted therapy, I wanted to recover — but I had no money left… What was I supposed to do?
Miss Sirinthip came to know all of my problems through the phone calls I made to her when the stress became unbearable, until she offered to treat me for free. (I was in a genuinely terrible state at that time.) I never thought she would treat me for nothing, because each session takes so much out of her. And yet she was willing to do it.
She treated me until today, when I can smile again. Thank you so much, Miss Sirinthip. And thank God for arranging that the two of us should meet.
I don’t know whether she’ll remember me. Around May I came for therapy with her about depression and about not being able to see any value in myself.
Today I want to say that it has improved to the point where I have nearly recovered. Part of that comes from taking the course with Miss Sirinthip. And taking the recording home to listen to helped enormously. Today those dark thoughts happen very rarely.
Thank you so much, Miss Sirinthip.
Hello, Miss Sirinthip.
I wanted to write and thank you, because I think I am happy now.
I wanted to show you a picture I drew. I happened to join a class about reenergizing, and there was an activity using watercolors to draw and express what we were thinking inside. So I drew myself — and the first thing I drew was a smile. And I realized that I genuinely am happy.
Thank you so much. Right now it is really, really good.
First of all I have to thank Miss Sirinthip. She changed my outlook, and restored my heart and my life so that I had strength again — no longer sunk in the past, however terrible it had been. She taught me how to forgive someone who had wronged me enormously.
For me… I don’t think you need to understand completely what hypnotherapy is. The results are enough. Results that change the subconscious so that it sees the value in yourself and in others. Before the therapy I held a deep grudge against someone I had no way to avoid living alongside, out of obligations I couldn’t escape.
For almost twenty years I held that pain and torment in, swallowing it, unable to cast it out of my life, unable to let it go, blocking him from proving himself and healing the wound he had left in me. The better he behaved, the more it tormented me — because my pride was too great, and I believed what he had done to me was unforgivable. He was the poison in my life, and it left me with severe depression, feeling slighted, pitying myself, blaming my own foolishness, mourning the loss of who I was, feeling guilty toward the parents who had raised me so well… until it affected my daily life enormously. That was when I started thinking about seeing a psychiatrist. I searched and looked at many places, but I was never confident.
Until I came across Miss Sirinthip’s name. She was the first person I contacted. I was impressed by the way we talked and shared my story. I felt confident. She is of a younger generation, with real quality and real effectiveness, and easy to talk to without any awkwardness. And what made me genuinely respect and admire her: we spoke for only a few minutes, yet during the therapy she addressed exactly the right points, precisely, every single time…
For a person to bring themselves to accept someone who has stained their life is enormously hard. Even all the good things he did for me could never make up for it. But today Miss Sirinthip has changed my subconscious, freeing me from the bonds of vengeance and grudge. Her words still ring in my ears:
“Even we ourselves, and even the best people in the world, can make mistakes. So look at the correcting, the improving, the changing — and then give them a chance.”
In the roughly two weeks since I began therapy, I have felt good, so much stronger… What I am proudest of is having given the hardest gift a human being can give: the gift of forgiveness.
Thank you, Miss Sirinthip.
Thank you so much, Miss Sirinthip, for such wonderful therapy. My life is far better than it was last year in terms of how I think.
Right now I’m trying something else, and I’m surprised how much it helps: when my spirits sink, I sit still and think about the happiness of my childhood, then write down what I used to enjoy, what made me happy, what my childhood memories are. It helps a great deal too. I got so much from her.
I miss her. I really do still think about going to her house. I listen to the tape every night.
It’s soooooooo good. She is lovely. I have depression and I was in a very bad state. Right now I’m so much better.
I had therapy with her back in 2023. After that I practised meditation, practised breathing, practised being happy, practised thanking myself — and the feeling of loving myself arose entirely on its own. It felt like coming home to somewhere warm after wandering for a long time. This was the sense of fullness I had been searching for out in the world all along, and never found.
In the two years since the therapy I have never been depressed again. From someone who had depression for 10 years and tried every kind of treatment without recovering, I became someone who never sinks any more. No more grey haze hanging over me. I dare to stand up for myself. I’m ready for new opportunities in my career. I believe in myself and I’m confident, unshaken. When I meet something painful or something joyful, I can understand it and set the feeling down. I can balance my life. I make sharp decisions. I can solve life’s problems. Whatever happens, I don’t hold the misery inside the way I used to. In fact, in 2024 I was also diagnosed with thyroid cancer. That event was the proof that the depression was gone: I stayed calm, I understood, I followed the treatment step by step feeling perfectly at ease, and I wasn’t afraid of dying. I feel grateful that it happened, as confirmation that I have changed completely, and so that I can go on developing my own spirit.
Finally, thank you so much. Her knowledge and skill genuinely saved this one life, and made it possible to live beautifully.
I recommend this for anyone carrying any kind of emotional difficulty — unease, worry, accumulated stress, feeling unhappy with life, or even difficulties in family relationships. This place will definitely be able to help you.
Personally, I had stress stored up in my heart for a very, very long time, and I couldn’t manage my own stress or sadness at all, to the point where life felt joyless. Many times it felt as though I was crying inside all the time. When I came to the counseling and hypnotherapy center and met Miss Sirinthip, being able to talk with her — having someone listen and say “I understand” — was worth so much. And the hypnotherapy that heals your mind at the level of the subconscious was so, so effective. The stress and the sadness I had stored up genuinely got so much better.
I want to recommend and pass this on to everyone who is in a state of unhappiness, or carrying pressure or stress in their life and feeling there is no way out, sunk in sadness, sinking, hopeless, without heart: please come here. This place will definitely help you improve. All you need is to open your mind to being treated. You can call and talk it through with her first. She will explain the approach and the costs completely clearly.
Finally, thank you so, so much, Miss Sirinthip, for trying so incredibly hard to help me. I could feel her concentration and her intention. It was worth so much. It gave me strength, and the heart to live and carry on better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
On the first day I came, the tears fell and I was confused. After the therapy the tears still fell — but they were tears of having hope. I have no regrets at all about choosing to come here for therapy.
Going here has helped me so much. I had so many things that I had to deal with and with the help of Miss Sirinthip, I have slowly been getting better, and I would recommend coming here.
This was my first experience of hypnotherapy, recommended to me by a friend. Personally I had never had any kind of therapy before, and at first I didn’t really understand it or feel 100% sure it could help — because almost every time I went for a session, I fell asleep on her. I once asked her: I listen to you talk for only 10–15 minutes and then I always fall asleep, so how can this possibly work? She explained that even when we are asleep, our auditory nerves are still working, so her words are still being fed into the ear and then go to the brain automatically. I didn’t quite get it. But as I neared the end of the course, I started noticing that I fell asleep every time — and yet I would come round on my own at her words, the ones she uses to call me and count me back to opening my eyes, every single time. As though my brain was still working and aware of when it had to wake up and go home. So I began to believe that even asleep, the words she uses in the therapy must be reaching my awareness in the period after the trance, or reaching the subconscious. Forgive me if I’m not describing the principle correctly in psychological terms.
From having had many sessions, and taking the homework away and doing it as she recommended, I know that I let go of pain faster now. I feel strong again, happy, able to see my own worth, and I sleep better. Every night I still play the recording as I go to sleep, as she recommended.
Hello. I had the opportunity to receive hypnotherapy from Thai Hypnosis (now NBRH) with Miss Sirinthip, on the recommendation of a doctor who was treating me for a mental illness. My symptoms improved in every way — emotionally, in how I feel, in a mind that no longer races. I sleep soundly and wake up feeling fresh. I live in reality, I love myself, I can see my own worth, I feel relaxed, and I am happy every day.
She can counsel you and analyze the knot of the problem in your heart, and address it exactly on point, which makes the symptoms improve quickly. She is lovely, kind and very down to earth. The fees aren’t expensive. A very good choice.
Absolutely the best. Miss Sirinthip is so skilled. She took a patient who was in the state of a corpse that could still walk and improved her until she was like an ordinary person again. If anything comes up, you can message her and she will give guidance and advice that puts you completely at ease. Personally I loved the place where the therapy happens — it was so relaxing, and I was completely taken with the aroma.
Most importantly, she turned me into a new person, a good person. The depression and the wanting to die went away, and she made me able to see my own worth.
I’ve finished my course of therapy and I’m so much happier. It’s a good way out for anyone who feels there is something sitting in their heart. Come and heal properly, from the inside. And she is so lovely too.
It’s hard to believe that simply coming in for therapy, lying back and listening, and following a few easy steps could resolve problems I’d had for so long, both depression and ADHD, with such ease.
Khun Sirinthip is truly skilled. She listens so well and really understands. She broke my problems down point by point, so that the programme addressed every one of them.
My life has changed so much. I’m so much happier and feel so much lighter. Thank you so very much.
After losing my father, whom I loved and was so close to, I went from being an extremely cheerful person to having depression, insomnia, low spirits, crying all the time, and wanting to die.
Along with binge eating that wouldn’t stop, until my weight went up enormously.
From exercising every day, I couldn’t do it at all any more. I couldn’t work. I didn’t know what I was living for. At that time I genuinely thought there was nothing left that could help me. Someone recommended I try hypnotherapy, and that is how I came to be treated by Miss Sirinthip.
Within less than a month, every one of my mental symptoms was gone. I became a new person, better than before. I sleep every night, I have so much energy for life, I have heart, and I have the drive to live and to reach what I had dreamed of.
Right now I am so happy.
Thank you so much, Miss Sirinthip.
The first time I went for therapy with Miss Sirinthip, we talked beforehand to gather information, and I was struck by how professional she was.
Miss Sirinthip was able to draw out a knot in my heart to do with my older sister — even though the topics I had prepared for therapy didn’t include my sister at all. It was a knot I couldn’t see myself and hadn’t given any weight to, but in the end it turned out to be one of the most important. Once I had apologized and shown my love, the knot I had carried in my heart for years was gone.
Thank you, Miss Sirinthip, for giving your heart, for paying attention to the details, and for the sincerity with which you look after your clients. She does it from the heart — not as a transaction that ends when the session does, but with follow-up afterwards. Thank you from the heart.
I never thought I would end up needing hypnotherapy. But the problems arising from the same old patterns of thought, which never got fixed, started spreading and interfering with several parts of my personal life, causing trouble and leaving me unhappy. So I started reading about it and came to consult Miss Sirinthip.
What happened was ease of mind. I feel confident, relaxed, and I fall asleep much more easily. I stopped tying myself to other people so much.
Honestly, the problems that come from your inner thoughts don’t just vanish instantly. But they gradually get better. Even now it hasn’t gone one hundred percent, but I am very satisfied. There were no side effects at all — only good things coming in.
Thank you so much.
I had therapy with Miss Sirinthip two or three years ago, over a relationship that had dragged on for more than 10 years, because I couldn’t cut him off. But once I came to her and followed the course of therapy, not long after finishing it I was able to let go of him with nothing left hanging — no regret. It was the most peaceful parting I could have had, and I am glad of the new life I was given.
Anyone who is facing a problem and can’t find a way out, I recommend coming. All you need is to open your mind and accept it, and you will get a new life too.
After finishing the course of therapy about my relationship with Miss Sirinthip, I decided to come back again, this time for a hypnotherapy course for weight loss.
On day five of listening to the recording she gave me to continue with at home, what happened astonished me.
That morning I had coffee with a Beng Beng bar, which I would normally eat one or two of at a time. But that day I took a single bite and it tasted so sweet — sweet enough to sting my throat. I couldn’t carry on eating it, and had to drink water immediately.
It was exactly the feeling she had described during the therapy. Every part of it.
For someone who used to be addicted to sweets like me, it was remarkable. And what was clearly noticeable in that period was that I hardly wanted sweets or desserts at all.
After the hypnotherapy, and listening to the full set of recordings as she recommended, something miraculous happened: I started thinking in ways I never had before. For instance, I used to believe I could never stop using drugs — and then a thought appeared from my own subconscious that I could stop if I truly meant it. Until in the end the miracle happened and I did quit drugs. Thank you so much, Miss Sirinthip, for giving me a new life.
I had therapy with Miss Sirinthip for a severe gambling addiction and for panic disorder. I tried every method to quit gambling — more than 10 years in hell. In the end I managed it through the therapy with her. From the first two sessions you could see an enormous change: no desire to transfer money to gamble. By the end of the course, and up to today, I have quit a million percent and I have no feeling whatsoever of wanting to go back to it. And the panic — it’s gone completely. It’s like having a new life. No more worrying, I sleep soundly, and life is so happy.
I want to tell my friends to say what the problem is and tell her the truth. Don’t be embarrassed, don’t be afraid. She really can help. Thank you so much.
Hello. I was a client, and the reason was heartbreak. Before the hypnotherapy I was like a patient on the edge — sleeping and waking every hour, until I dreaded the night. It felt as though every minute passed impossibly slowly. My mind was without any happiness, and it left my body in a terrible state. I did everything I could to make myself better, and the harder I tried, the further down I sank.
Until eventually I found that there was hypnotherapy, to heal how I felt. I made an appointment for a consultation and a treatment plan as urgently as I could. Along the way I set out to follow every part of the guidance. One thing that was clear during the process was that I slept better, and the painful feelings gradually lessened and faded. At that point, even that was so much.
After finishing the course, in the early period, I still secretly wondered: if I met that person, if he came back into my life, would I walk back into the same old cycle? And then came the moment to prove my own heart. Eight months after the therapy, he tried to make everything the way it had been, and followed it with an invitation to dinner. I chose to go. Everyone around me was so worried about me meeting him. They were probably afraid they’d be seeing the walking zombie again. But everything defied expectation. I met him with an easy heart, and I could genuinely be myself — smiling and laughing from the inside, without any of the feelings I’d had before. I didn’t crave answers for everything that had happened. I found that in the final chapter, the old relationship had ended, and all that remained was the affection of family.
Beyond the relationship, there were emotionally shattering events one after another during that time — especially the day my father, my charging station, had to go into hospital and was in a state where his life was hanging by a thread. I had to be the pillar for my family, even though at that point I felt I could hardly bear it. And still I held body and heart together and got through each day. You could call it a test of the mind, like playing a game that pits your wits against your heart. And I came through it again.
On New Year’s Eve I took the chance to sit quietly and reflect on the 365 days that had passed. I found that so much had come crashing down inside my heart, from every direction, and that I had survived. What was it that carried me through the storm? The answer is the hypnotherapy eight months earlier, which affected every corner of my life. I see more value in myself and in my life. I let go and understand things better. I am back to being myself, brave enough to say what I want, steady in my emotions and my feelings.
Thank you for saving my life, for helping me find emotional steadiness, and for bringing back my smile and the brightness of my laugh again. A smile that comes from the inside, until it lights up in the eyes. If I hadn’t met her that day, I don’t know how much more my life would have fallen apart. You could call it a course that resuscitates your life and your heart.
I had trouble sleeping for a while, but from the very first recording I drifted off within the first 10 minutes. And I feel that when I think about my ex, it’s as though I can see more clearly. Before, it was like forcing myself to think about it and then feeling sad. But now I don’t really feel anything when he messages me.
Most recently I went back to my ex’s house to collect some work I had to send a client. I saw the very place where it had all just happened — and I wasn’t sad any more. Before this I used to blame myself constantly for making him treat me badly, but I don’t think that any more. And I also feel that my ex had no compassion for me at all. Right now I feel better and better. Thank you so much, Miss Sirinthip.
“Mental illness” — most Thai people take it to mean a state of frenzy, of being mad. Abroad, people understand perfectly well that it isn’t that.
I am one of those “mentally ill” people, someone who has had to live with torment, because of being assaulted when I was young. “Happiness” — I never understood it. Every smile of mine was mixed with the traces of tears. My mother raised me constantly comparing me to other families’ children. I held it all in, competing until I was hopeless, discouraged, and no longer wanted to go on living.
I lived that life of mine for 30 years, running in and out of treatment for depression for more than 10 years, at home and abroad. The cost doesn’t bear mentioning. The time and the happiness I lost were worth far more. If only I had found CNHC (now NBRH) sooner, if only I had had therapy with Miss Sirinthip even three years earlier, so that I could have had the chance to be happy with the person I loved before they left me.
If you are hesitating over whether it’s worth trying, you will realize that having to endure the torment and letting time pass without happiness is far more not worth it.
She gave me a new life. A smile that doesn’t have to be mixed with the traces of tears. After the therapy I can think clearly, and I am so happy.
If you’ve been wishing you could change how you feel about something, wanting to quit a negative habit, create a new positive habit ….and considering hypnosis to help… Then Thai Hypnosis (now NBRH) is the right place.
Miss Sirinthip, beyond being the talented, compassionate professional she is… a gift!
A lovely lady with a soothing and empathetic voice is the right coach to speak on your behalf to your subconscious.
Several years ago my wife suffered a traumatic event that triggered severe anxiety/panic attacks.
4 sessions with Miss Sirinthip returned my wife to herself.
Just recently I sought her help to interrupt what had become a near constant worrying/anxiety about a health issue.
4 sessions with Miss Sirinthip along with the personalized tapes she made for me to listen to and I am free of the angst.
I admit that I had serious problems arriving over and over, in rapid succession, all at the same time. Every part of my life was collapsing and I couldn’t fix any of it. And I was at a point where I couldn’t pour any of it out to anyone around me. Luckily I had been reading about hypnotherapy for a while, so I chose to go and see Miss Sirinthip — and I wasn’t disappointed at all.
From the very first counseling session I could feel things starting to unravel. The physical pain lessened, and that made the emotional pain lessen too, even though those situations were all still there. But the hypnosis process moved me to a place above the game, so every problem became a small thing by comparison with seeing the result of how much I had grown once it was resolved.
What was better than that was “being willing to improve myself.” After that, in every situation, I stepped in to take responsibility and to accept, whether I was in the wrong or not, and moved to face things directly in a gentle way — being myself at a higher quality, more grown up, able to synthesize happiness for myself whatever lies ahead, with the absolute confidence that no matter what happens next, I will get through all of it easily.
Thank you to the Thai Hypnosis team, and especially to Miss Sirinthip.
P.S. I don’t even know what was in all the phrases used in the hypnosis, because most of the time I would be utterly relaxed and fall asleep first. But I know that I changed and that I shine, far beyond what I expected.
Before I came for therapy with Miss Sirinthip, I was unhappy and in a great deal of distress about the way things were, every single day.
Every time I opened my eyes in the morning, the first thing I thought about was my weight. I would think back over what I had eaten the day before and feel guilty about it.
I was so preoccupied with my weight that I didn’t want to go out and see old friends, or even relatives, because I was afraid someone would comment on my weight or my figure.
What made me decide I had to do something was how bad it had got — I remembered every scene, every moment, every word anyone had said criticizing my body. And I would end up disliking or even hating that person, purely because they had mentioned my weight.
I was so lucky to understand myself and to want to change, which is how I came to therapy with her.
Just four sessions changed my life enormously. The preoccupation and the worry gradually disappeared.
I have far more confidence, and I am so happy with my life.
I have the courage to go and see friends and relatives.
I’m not sensitive and not fixated on what other people say the way I used to be.
Thank you so much, Miss Sirinthip.
Since the therapy, the change has been steady and the results have been miraculous.
Because right now, the flying off the handle and the snapping that used to happen so often barely happen at all any more, so they can’t make me miserable.
1. Driving
Before — if anyone cut in front of me or overtook me, I would flare up. Sometimes I would overtake them back, as though I wanted to win, to the point where I sometimes gave no thought to safety, or to what might happen.
Now — even in the same situation, I choose to drive carefully, with more regard for my own safety and other people’s. I don’t drive without awareness of the danger. I manage my emotions better.
2. Work
Before — I was quick to lose my temper, from meeting a fussy passenger, or one who repeated themselves over and over — or sometimes they hadn’t done anything to me at all and I would still snap at them and answer back harshly, which sometimes escalated into serious incidents with shouting for everyone to hear.
Now — whatever mood a passenger arrives in, I can manage the situation so it never escalates into a serious clash with them.
I can laugh, and I know how to talk with passengers much better. I have the courage to face difficult situations and think my way through problems far more. I have good relationships with my colleagues, and I know how to talk to my supervisor in a way that builds a much better relationship.
3. Motivation
I have good drive, inspiration, and the energy to keep my physical and mental health on the positive side all the time.
Whatever comes along that affects my state of mind, I can let go of the negative thought far more quickly.
I see difficult situations as challenges that will always make me grow and get stronger.
My mind is so clear right now to see everything clearer than before.
I smile more easily, I enjoy what is in front of me more, I let go of dark thoughts faster, I’m healthy, I have energy for living, and I love myself so much more than before.
I have the feeling that I haven’t had any anxiety, hesitation, discouragement, or loss of energy in my life for a very long time.
Thank you, Miss Sirinthip, for therapy that went so well, for giving me such good things, and for letting me know that this life genuinely has so much meaning.
Right now I am so happy with myself, and the people around me can see the change in me so clearly that sometimes they can’t help coming to ask what has happened, what I have been doing.
Right now I have plans to change jobs, and I have no worry at all about whether I can do it. In my head there is only:
"I can do this."
Thank you again.
With love and respect.
It was very late one evening that I met Miss Sirinthip for the first time, not late because of her, but because of the infamous Bangkok traffic…
I had some issues with self-confidence, and I was a bit shy about telling a stranger my problems. But Miss Sirinthip is the kind of person that, three minutes after you meet her, you feel like you've known her forever. For the next hour and a half, I never stopped talking.
We made an appointment for therapy, and luckily Miss Sirinthip had, in the meantime, moved to a house that was much easier to reach. When I got there, I was warmly welcomed and we started right away. One thing I really appreciated was that Miss Sirinthip recorded every session, so I could take the audio home and listen to it again. That was a tremendous help.
After only four sessions with Miss Sirinthip, I felt much more relaxed, and even the people around me noticed the difference. I became more confident in myself.
I highly recommend Miss Sirinthip. Please read her website or give her a call if you think this is something she may be able to help you with. I am confident that, most of the time, she will tell you:
“Yes, I can do that… with your help.”
And she will be right.
At first I had no confidence in myself. I felt as though something was blocking me.
But after taking her course, I felt as though she had unlocked everything that had been blocking me inside.
After the therapy, I feel so grateful to Miss Sirinthip. Where I used to lie awake unable to sleep, now I can sleep soundly without needing sleeping pills.
Where I had no confidence in myself and felt I had no worth, today — in who I am, what I say, and how I carry myself — the voices around me tend to ask, half joking, “Where did you get all that confidence, ha!” And I hadn’t even realized myself how much the old me had changed.
Thank you to the suffering that came into my life, and thank you to Miss Sirinthip for helping turn it into just something that passed through, so that I could cross over it to better days.
Thank you so much.
I’m someone you could say had everything, and yet I had one knot lodged in me since childhood: whenever I met a woman of the kind I liked, I would tense up and be completely unable to be myself. It came from being afraid my classmates would tease me, so I had to keep my feelings suppressed all along. That turned me into someone who overthought everything when it came to pursuing a woman or having a girlfriend like everyone else. It caused me so much unhappiness.
I went through life without a single romance until I finished university. I tried many ways to fix it, and none of them worked, because it seemed as though deep down my mind kept haunting me, painting pictures that made me anxious all the time. Until a close friend introduced me to Miss Sirinthip. I had always been interested in the mind and had heard about the power of the subconscious before, so I wanted to try it for myself.
When I came for therapy, Miss Sirinthip explained the mechanics of how the brain works, along with each step of the therapy, in detail — which gave me a scientific understanding of it. Importantly, she also allowed me to record the audio so I could continue the therapy at home.
I did one course of four sessions. One thing that was clearly noticeable was that the self-consciousness and the pointless thoughts I had when about to talk to a woman faded away without my realizing it. These days I no longer feel that the female sex is a life form from another planet. My anxious thoughts have dropped by more than 70%, and the world around me feels more relaxed and lighter.
It really is all in the mind. If we believe it is a problem, it will be a problem. If we believe we can do it, then we genuinely can.
Thank you so much for helping me. Before, I was someone who overthought everything, whose thoughts went round and round. I tried to beat myself many times and lost every time, until I thought that on my own I probably couldn’t help myself much any more — better to see a specialist.
I feel so lucky to have found her. Four months on, I solve the problems that come at me far more quickly. The voice in my head that used to speak negatively to me so often is gone. Blaming myself and putting expectations on myself have dropped enormously, almost to nothing. The pattern of only thinking and never doing has become thinking and then acting immediately. From a path that started at zero, I have gradually travelled a long way. I found out what I actually like, and I have started doing what I like without hesitating. (There may be a little, but every time there is a positive voice there to help me.)
I never thought that one visit would change me this much. The pattern of rallying then losing heart, rallying then losing heart, fighting myself until I was exhausted, has become rallying and then acting — losing heart sometimes, but rallying again quickly, and carrying on. Right now life is so happy, and I am watching myself grow. I think there must still be something holding me back, but if there is, I would like to go and see her once more so that this part can be released too. Either way, thank you so much.
Right now I have started a career as a makeup artist, and I run a page sharing knowledge about beauty. I keep at that page steadily, without expecting it to grow overnight, because I have planned out every step. Within these four months the likes have to reach 200,000. This is the result of having gone to see her. Thank you again ^^
After the therapy my concentration is better. The beliefs and the negative thinking about myself gradually disappeared. I have energy, and plans for all sorts of things I want to do, with real enthusiasm. My mind is stronger, and the way I talk to myself has become much kinder and more positive. Thank you, Miss Sirinthip, for everything.
The value of living.
I questioned everything and never understood any of it. All I could do was use a hope so far away to get through life, passing through every stretch of time without value. The words of love from those closest to me that slashed at my heart. The mountain of good intentions that eroded how I felt. And every question still without an answer.
I asked her, “Does this world have a problem, or do I have a problem?” (The first time I met her.)
“It’s this world that has the problem. You are normal. You just have to learn to live in this abnormal world as who you are.”
The large sums of money I used to think about mean nothing today compared with being able to see their value. The stretches of time I used to look straight past — I have only just understood the meaning of living, the value of having a life. As for the things that demand answers, some of them aren’t worth enough to ask the question.
Nothing in the world has changed, and I haven’t changed either.
It is only that Miss Sirinthip helped me find the point where they intersect (out of who I am).
With love and deep gratitude.
My life has been changed after hypnotherapy session with Miss Sirinthip. I have had deep mental problems and it affects my life concept and trait. Moreover, it leads to another problems in my life, so I decide to start the hypnotherapy session here. Miss Sirinthip is really attentive in the deep details of the problems and the therapy results is really great!
Thank you so much. I had therapy with her to improve and develop myself. My stress and worry went down, the impatience and irritability disappeared, and I feel I have more positive energy and confidence. It is therapy that has visibly changed my life for the better. So worth it. I recommend giving it a try.
It was a great experience and I feel lucky to have had 4 sessions here. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering hypnosis.
Before I came to her, I was quiet in a bottled-up way, never expressing anything, enduring everything until I forgot to love myself. I have to say I tried so many different approaches, until I came to her and got advice that was straightforward, sincere, and without judgement. In the end I began treatment with her.
My behavior started to change, and I am still just as quiet — but quiet with awareness rather than bottled up. I have the courage to do what I want to do without feeling guilty. I have started listening to music I love again, wanting to read, or doing the activities I used to do that made me feel at ease.
I have to thank her so much for helping unlock so many things that had been uncomfortable for almost half my life. She told me to live the rest of my life happily, and I believe I really can live the rest of it happily. Thank you, and thank you again, so much.
I want to tell my friends who have problems and feel so terrible: come and see her, and you will find the happiness of being and doing what you want.
It is healing at a deep level. It untied the knot hidden inside me, made me understand myself more, gave my life value, and made it possible to move forward.
It erased what had been circling in my head and stuck in my heart for years. It changed my habits for the better, easily, without having to force or punish myself.
Thank you so much, Miss Sirinthip, for making life a simple thing — through pure science.
Like being reborn in the same body. A pride and a sense of completeness in myself arose in a way I had never felt before.
Thank you, Miss Sirinthip, for this therapy.
I came for therapy in February 2016 about my own work. I was advised on adjusting my personality, given four recordings to listen to, and I followed every step. At the time I was stressed about my old boss at my old company, feeling that nothing I did ever pleased him. I adjusted my behavior and kept working hard for a while longer.
In the end the result was that someone I knew invited me to move to a new organization, in a completely different business from before — to work in construction. I thought it all through and then decided to resign, from a job that was paying me 35,xxx a month at the time.
Once I left, I worked in two places at once: the first in construction at 40,xxx, the second in plastic pellets at 30,xxx. After I had been working in construction, it turned out a client invited me to take on interior decoration work as well, averaging 40,xxx baht a month.
So in the end I was working in three places at once, with a combined income in six figures.
I have to thank Miss Sirinthip for helping awaken my own ability, because it had been held down by things people said and by so many other things, which left me without the courage and without confidence.
Thank you again, Miss Sirinthip, for helping me come to know myself, and to know my own real ability.
